Furniture is lovely and exactly what we wanted for our entryway.
Spent $650 and only received 1 of 2 items.
It's a beautiful piece of furniture that was relatively easy to put together. However, I ordered a 2 pack and only received one–the second item was critical to fill my space, I don't have a use for a single item.
Emailing with Sicotas has been AWFUL. Terrible communication and my questions continue to not get answered. They have promised a partial refund of 20% while I continue to wait for the second item, but I have not received the refund nor the item.
If you have any issues required customer service, my advice is NEVER to email them, those on the phone have been much better communicators. It's been 1.5 months and I still don't have what I originally ordered, I'm told it'll be in stock in January (originally was told December but they pushed it).

Perfect for our needs,assembly was not hard if like with a recipe, you follow the steps exactly. We messed up by using the wrong screws in one step so had a bit of a do-over, our error entirely. Very happy with theproduc and purchasing fr product
Yes, it took awhile to assemble but so worth it.
The cabinets look fabulous and fit our space perfectly. The color is great and true to what the photo showed online. The unfortunate part is that the outer finish is very thin and already peeling. There are no children in our home and the cabinets are not handled often.

Such a beautiful and easy set up. Took me 30 minutes to set up each one. My husband broke 2 nails by nailing in but we made it work somehow. This is a 65 in TV btw.
I accidentally shipped it to my old address and customer service helped me fix that quickly. Best service ever so I’ll definitely continue to buy from here. You guys won’t regret it!

Beautiful pieces of furniture. They are not solid wood but they are very nice. Took me about an hour each to put together.
Purchased a set of two for my bedroom. I really like it. I gave it a 4 star review because quite often, when i try to close rhe drawer, it will only close half way. I have to open and close it several times before it closes correctly.
It took us a course of three days to put all of our pieces together. The instructions was easy to follow. The only minor complain I have is the wheels on the bottom drawer of the dresser compared to the nightstand. It was harder to open because of the carpet in my bedroom is thick so it takes a bit of effort to open.
Took a long time to put together and directions were somewhat confusing. When finished it just looked kinda cheap
the set that I ordered had chips on the sides of the doors, and edges but they reached out to me right away and gave me the option to either refund me 20% or be sent a replacement part piece. Great customer service!

So I didn’t get the 3 piece, I purchased the two piece. Definitely looks high end but I wouldn’t say it feels high end. None the less, was worth the price I would say. It looks nice in our bedroom. Directions were somewhat easy to follow but there were ALOT of steps. The first one was mangled (mostly due to my user error) but wood dents and cracks easily so be gentle when putting together and handling. The second one was fine once I learned the hard way with the first. All in all I would purchase again for the price. Just don’t expect it to be the most durable and luxurious.
